Cleaning the Catalysis Set
The catalysis sheets are self-cleaning. They absorb splashes of food and
fat whilst the oven is in use.
To support this self-cleaning process, we recommend to heat the oven
without any food at regular intervals.
0 1.Remove all slide-in items from the oven.
2. Set the oven temperature to 250 °C.
3. Switch the oven off after one hour.
4. Wipe off any residues left with a damp soft sponge.

Important! Do not use oven spray or scouring cleaning aids. Do not use
soap or other cleaners. These can cause damage to the catalysis sheet.

After an extended period of use the catalysis sheet may discolour
slightly. This does not have any effect on the catalytic properties. How-
ever, depending on usage, the catalysis sheet should be replace from
time to time.
Limpieza del juego de catálisis
Las chapas de catálisis son autolimpiantes pues absorben las salpicadu-
ras de alimentos y grasas mientras está en funcionamiento el horno.
Para facilitar este proceso de autolimpieza se recomienda calentar el
horno en vacío cada cierto tiempo.
0 1.Quitar del horno todas las piezas insertables.
2. Ajustar la temperatura de cocción a 250 °C.
3. Desconectar el horno transcurrida una hora.
4. Eliminar los restos que hayan podido quedar con una esponja húmeda
suave.

Atención! No utilizar esprays para hornos ni sustancias abrasivas. No
utilizar jabones ni otros detergentes. Al hacerse se dañarían las chapas
catalíticas.

Al pasar el tiempo utilizándose el equipo podrán descolorarse ligera-
mente las chapas de catálisis. Esto sin embargo no tiene efectos sobre
las propiedades catalíticas. Según sea el grado de desgaste deberán
cada cierto tiempo renovarse estas chapas catalíticas.
