Loosen the ball rod nut and pull the rod out.

Insert the EasyPOPUP Quick Cover Up Stopper and push it
on to the ball rod until it seats on the bottom of the sink.

Orient the EasyPOPUP
Quick Cover Up Stopper slot aligned with the ball rod.

Insert the ball rod back in place and tighten the nut.

Remove and discard the existing popup stopper.

If stopper is tight to insert, trim or file the four stopper wings uniformally.
