5.2 Use
WARNING
The set-up of the device installation and maintenance must be carried out by professionals only.
• Do not leave the appliance running without supervising it.
• During use, your hands should be dry.
• Do not move or tilt the device during operation.
Water connection
Place your appliance making sure that the water inlet is close to it.
The maximum tolerated water pressure is 3 bars (300 k Pa)
The water supply pipe located at the bottom right of the device can be connected to the water supply network
using a gate valve.
A mechanical filter, between the device and the tap, is recommended to prevent the intrusion of metal
fragments.

START-UP
The device must be completely removed from its packaging. All protections must be completely removed.
Place the device on a solid, flat surface.
Once the pasta cooker has been set up, consult international standards and regulations. Connect the water
pipes, make sure that the water inlet, outlet and overflow are correctly positioned according to the markings.
Fill the reservoir to the brim with water mixed with washing up liquid. Connect the appliance and let the water
boil for a few minutes. Once the water has cooled, empty it and rinse the device with clear water.
Open the overflow valve, close the outlet valve.
RSETTINGS
Set switch A to position 1: on the display F appears OFF and all the indicator lights go off.
Press the reset button H for a few seconds: you switch to adjustment mode.
Press the water inlet button B to start filling the tank.
When the desired level is reached (between the min and the max) release the button.
In order to adjust the temperature Press button G, adjust the temperature with buttons D or E and you can
then save it by pressing button G.
You can change the temperature during operation.
Do not forget to salt the water before placing the basket with the food to be cooked.
The cooking instructions are indicated on the packaging of the food to be cooked.
The cooking time for each basket is done using keys C1 C2 C3 C4. By pressing one of these keys you select
the basket concerned.
You can adjust the duration using the buttons by pressing the button for the basket concerned: 1 time
corresponds to 1 minute; 2 times at 1 minute and 30 seconds; 3 times at 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
For longer cooking times, or for a modification during cooking, you can select the basket concerned and
adjust the time using keys D and E.
The indicators for each basket are displayed on screen F.
NOTE
When the device is operating, the OUT 1 indicator light is on, it indicates that the rheostat is in operation, if
the indicator flashes the rheostat is off but the water temperature is still high. When the water temperature
drops, the rheostat switches on again and the OUT 1 indicator light is on. 10 seconds before the end of
cooking, the basket concerned is displayed on the screen and a signal sounds. If within 10 seconds the
cooking is not interrupted, the signal continues to sound until the button for the basket concerned is
deactivated and the basket removed from the tank.
- Remove the water collector and place the basket, after having drained the food you can serve the cooked
food.
