ENCLAVE AUDIO CINEHUB INDICATORS AND CONNECTIONS These sections can help you identify the connections and indicators for the Enclave Audio CineHome Systems. 3a. Speaker and Subwoofer Rear LED/Illuminated Indicator If speaker LEDs are flashing, it is NOT connected to the network. When the LEDs are illuminated in a constant state, they are successfully connected and paired to the network. When the Enclave Audio CineHub is powered off all speakers will enter a sleep mode and automatically awake when the speakers detect the CineHub resuming audio transmission. If you find a speaker that remains flashing after pairing then please refer to the troubleshooting section for possible solutions or online at our helpdesk and knowledge base www.enclaveaudio.com/support. HDMI for eARC/ARC use only 4. INSTALLATION AND SETUP Follow these instructions to initially setup and use the Enclave CineHome System II/ Pro, CineHub. Check out our videos to see the setup in action at www.enclaveaudio.com/setup EN9 4a. PLACE YOUR SPEAKERS 1. Arrange your speakers as shown in the “General Speaker Placement” on the next page. 2. Make sure the center speaker is centered above or below the television screen 3. The speakers must all point relatively toward the center of the room. Avoid placing them behind furniture, plants, or other objects for best results. 4. Add power to your speakers using the enclosed power cables included with your Enclave speakers. The blue LED will begin to flash and remain flashing until paired to the CineHub. 4b. CONNECT POWER AND cabling TO THE ENCLAVE CINEHUB EN10 1. Download and install the Enclave Audio mobile app and follow the on-screen instructions on your phone. 2. Plug in all power cables to the rear power connector on each speaker and power the speakers at a convenient wall outlet. 3. Connect the HDMI cable provided from the CineHub HDMI port to the HDMI port marked (eARC or ARC) on your television or; 4. If you have elected to use an Optical connection, connect the Optical cable to the Optical connector on your TV and the CineHub. 5. Plug in the Enclave CineHub and the CineHub will start the auto-pairing process. 6. The speakers will automatically pair when power is connected to the CineHub for the very first time. It may take up to 30 seconds for the system network to be established. The Enclave Audio app will display the status of the speaker pairing process. Note: While the system is pairing to the speakers you will not be able to turn on or off the power until the pairing process is completed. Note: SATELLITE SPEAKERS & SUBWOOFER BACK PANEL When the Enclave CineHub is powered off, all the speakers go into a low-power standby state and should remain plugged in at all times. The LED indicators on the rear of the speakers will turn off. The speakers will “power up” again when you turn on the Enclave CineHub. EN11 5. GENERAL SPEAKER PLACEMENT To get the best audio reproduction from surround-sound encoded material, Dolby and DTS recommend you place the speakers in a configuration most similar to the following diagram. Where should I place the front speakers? Ideally, your front speakers should form a slight arc with your center channel speaker and point toward the center of your main seating area. 2. Where should I place the rear speakers? Surround speakers are best placed to the left and right of your listening position—either in line with it, or just behind it. 3. Where should I place the subwoofer? You can usually place your subwoofer just about anywhere in your home theater room with good results. Most people place their subwoofer in the front of the room. Placing your subwoofer near a wall will generally result in more bass, and placement near a corner—where three room boundaries come together—will generally bring even more. To adjust the volume of the subwoofer, please use the Enclave mobile app’s remote function. 4. I set everything up, but the locations aren’t working correctly. Please be certain that your speakers are placed properly in accordance with the included placement diagram. Note: The system works best with the left and right speakers either even with or in front of the center channel speaker. 6. BASIC SYSTEM FEATURES CONTINUE ON APP The Enclave Audio app is essential to completing your setup and to ensure you have the best experience with your CineHome theater system. Download the Enclave app today from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. EN13 7. TROUBLESHOOTING We recommend viewing our installation videos located at www.enclaveaudio.com/setup for step-by-step instructions for your particular setup configuration. If you have any trouble setting up your system, please try the following or give us a call at 1-844-436-2528 and our support team will be happy to talk you through resolving any issues. Also refer to the FAQs section on our website at www. enclaveaudio.com. 1. After powering up the Enclave CineHub, the system is failing to produce any audio. All speakers must be powered on when the Enclave CineHub is started. If they are not powered on, they will not produce sound. The system shows only the speakers it can find. Check and make sure all speakers are powered on and the rear LEDs are illuminated and not flashing. Conduct a noise sequence test using the Enclave Audio app. This process will cause each speaker to produce a static white noise, individually confirming the speakers are actively connected to the network. A message will appear on the Enclave App if the system cannot locate any or all speakers. To fix, follow these steps: • Check to make sure all of your speakers are plugged in to a power outlet and have power. • Once you have confirmed all speakers have power, check the LED on the rear of the speaker. A speaker with a solid LED is properly paired. • A speaker that has a flashing LED has not properly paired and we recommend performing a manual reset of that speaker using the RESET button located on the rear of the speaker. • Press the reset button in using a fine point object and hold pressure until you hear an audible tone. • Lastly, after the speaker reset has been completed, perform a wireless reset of the system using the Enclave Audio app, and your speaker should join the network. EN14 Noise Sequence Test You can also test each speaker for audio individually with the Noise Sequence Test feature in the Enclave Audio App. The Noise Sequence generator can be used to confirm successful placement and pairing of the Enclave Audio speakers. A static white noise will be produced by each speaker individually in the system in a rotating fashion. The Noise sequence uses the following rotation: Left Front, Right Front, Left Surround, Right Surround, Center, Subwoofer. NOTE: A successful noise sequence indicates the Enclave system is performing correctly. If your audio remains silent from your source, please check that your source is set to correctly output audio via your chosen connection type. Also, check to make sure your INPUT setting is on the correct source in the Enclave App. As an example, we see customers who listen to music through Bluetooth and subsequently forget to switch their source back to the TV audio input. 2. I am playing a DVD or Blu-ray disc that has surround sound, but I am only hearing audio out the left front and right front speakers. Make sure your TV is properly setup to send surround information out of the HDMI or digital ports. For systems using HDMI ARC or Optical, the best performance will be achieved when using “Bitstream” mode from your player and/or your TV. If your source output is set to PCM and you’re using ARC or Optical, you will only hear stereo audio due to limitations of ARC and Optical. However, TVs that support eARC can enjoy full uncompressed multi-channel PCM audio with the CineHub. Please refer to your TV manufacturer manual for detailed instructions. 3. When the app shows a speaker is missing, that means it is not connected to the Enclave Audio CineHub. EN15 Check the following: • That all of your speakers are connected to the proper respective power cable and the tips securely plugged into the rear speaker power port. Be sure to check that the opposite end is firmly connected to your primary power source (wall, power strip, etc.). • Is the rear panel LED flashing? If so, refer to section 1 in this troubleshooting segment of the manual. If the issue persists, please call Enclave Audio support at 1-844-436-2528. • If the LED is constant, and the rest of the system is working, please call Enclave Audio Support at 1-844-436-2528 for further assistance. 4. I’m only hearing audio out of my Front Left and Front Right speakers. There may be occasions where you only hear audio from the Front Left and Front Right speakers. Below are the possible scenarios: • Your source input is only transmitting a stereo audio signal and Dolby Pro Logic II is disabled in the menus. The Default setting for the Enclave will upmix a stereo feed to 5.1 using Dolby Pro Logic II. You can disable this function in the menus of the app. Dolby Pro Logic II is different than Dolby Digital. If Dolby Pro Logic II (DPL II) is displayed in the app, the Enclave is receiving a stereo signal and upmixing it to 5.1. • The content is only in stereo and not a 5.1 mix, yet confusingly, is sent in Dolby Digital format. This signifies the content is not available in a 5.1 mix, however it is Dolby Digital encoded. Dolby Pro Logic II will not upmix this stream type to 5.1. • Your content source (i.e. Cable Box, Dish, etc.) is only outputting stereo and is not set to bitstream. Check the audio settings of your content source to insure you are sending a bitstream signal through your TV to the Enclave CineHub. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION • Read and follow all instructions, warnings and cautions when connecting the Enclave CineHub and associated Enclave CineHome speakers. • Keep these instructions for future reference. • Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other equipment that produce heat. • Protect all cords from being walked on, pulled excessively, or pinched, particularly at plugs and the point where they exit from the home, Enclave Audio CineHub and associated Enclave CineHome speakers. • Only use attachments/accessories specified by Enclave Audio. • Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the Enclave Audio CineHub or associated Enclave Audio CineHome speakers have been damaged in any way, such as the power supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled, objects have fallen into them, they have been exposed to rain or moisture, do not operate normally, or have been dropped. EN21 9. WARRANTY For Enclave Audio products purchased from Enclave Audio Authorized Dealers Only. Enclave Audio provides a transferable (2) year limited warranty on our speaker cabinets and drivers; a transferable one (1) year limited warranty on our electronics in subwoofer, powered speakers; and a non-transferable lifetime limited warranty on our cables. No other warranty, implied or otherwise, is created or honored by Enclave. These warranties cover only defects in material and workmanship with the following specific exceptions: • Damage which has been caused by tampering with the product housing • Damage from Third Party Parts, Components, or accessories • Any damage caused by any reason from usage that is not in accord with Enclave product instructions. This warranty covers only the actual defects within the products themselves. IT DOES NOT cover costs of installation in (or removal from) a fixed installation, or normal setup, claims based on any misrepresentation by the seller, or performance variations resulting from installation related circumstances such as signal quality, AC power or incompatibilities with other system components. During the warranty period, Enclave Audio will, at its option, either repair the defect, or replace the defective product, or the defective parts, or components thereof with the then current product/component in use by Enclave Audio, at no charge to the owner for parts and labor covered by this warranty. If necessary, repairs are not covered by this warranty, or if a unit is examined which is not in need of repair, you will be charged for the repairs and/or the examination. If non-warranted repairs are needed, we will notify you of the estimated cost and ask for your authorization to perform said repairs. You must pay shipping charges incurred in getting your product to Enclave Audio. We will pay the return shipping charges if the repairs are covered by the warranty. Please save the original shipping cartons as the unit MUST be returned in the original carton and packing. (Replacement cartons are available at a modest charge). Disposez vos enceintes comme indiqué dans la section « Positionnement général des enceintes » à la page suivante. 2. Veillez à ce que l’enceinte centrale soit centrée au-dessus ou au-dessous de l’écran du téléviseur. 3. Toutes les enceintes doivent pointer relativement vers le centre de la pièce. Évitez de les placer derrière des meubles, plantes ou d’autres objets pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats. 4. Alimentez vos enceintes à l’aide des cordons d’alimentation fournis avec vos enceintes Enclave. Le témoin bleu se met à clignoter et continue de clignoter jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient couplées avec CineHub. 4b. BRANCHEMENT ET CÂBLAGE DE CINEHUB ENCLAVE CONNEXION TV FR10 1. Téléchargez et installez l’application mobile Enclave Audio et suivez les instructions à l’écran sur votre téléphone. 2. Branchez tous les cordons d’alimentation aux prises d’alimentation situées à l’arrière de chaque enceinte et dans des prises secteur facilement accessibles. 3. Connectez le câble HDMI fourni du port HDMI de CineHub au port HDMI marqué (eARC ou ARC) de votre téléviseur ou ; 4. Si vous avez choisi d’utiliser une connexion optique, connectez le câble optique au connecteur optique de votre téléviseur et de CineHub. 5. Branchez le CineHub Enclave pour qu’il lance le processus de couplage automatique. 6. Les enceintes seront automatiquement couplées lorsque CineHub est branché pour la première fois. Ce processus peut prendre jusqu’à 30 secondes. L’application Enclave Audio affiche l’état du processus de couplage des enceintes. REMARQUE: Pendant le couplage du système avec les enceintes, vous ne pourrez pas allumer ou éteindre l’appareil tant que le processus de couplage n’est pas terminé. POSITIONNEMENT GÉNÉRAL DES ENCEINTES Dolby et DTS vous recommandent de placer les enceintes dans une configuration très similaire au schéma suivant pour obtenir la meilleure reproduction audio possible à partir de matériel encodé en son surround. ENCEINTE FRONTALE GAUCHE SUBWOOFER ENCEINTE SURROUND ARRIÈRE GAUCHE ENCEINTE FRONTALE DROITE ENCEINTE CENTRALE ENCEINTE SURROUND ARRIÈRE DROITE FR12 CONSEILS ET ASTUCES GÉNÉRAUX POUR L’EMPLACEMENT DES ENCEINTES 1. Où dois-je placer les enceintes frontales? Idéalement, vos enceintes frontales devraient former un léger arc de cercle avec votre enceinte centrale et pointer vers le centre de la zone de votre siège principal. 2. Où dois-je placer les enceintes arrière? Les enceintes surround sont mieux placées à gauche et à droite de votre position d’écoute, que ce soit alignées avec elle ou juste derrière elle. 3. Où dois-je placer le subwoofer? Généralement, vous pouvez placer votre subwoofer presque partout dans votre pièce de home cinéma et obtenir de bons résultats. La plupart des gens placent leur subwoofer à l’avant de la pièce. En plaçant votre subwoofer près d’un mur, vous obtiendrez généralement davantage de graves ; si vous le placez près d’un coin, là où les limites de trois pièces se rejoignent, vous obtiendrez généralement de meilleurs résultats. Pour régler le volume du subwoofer, utilisez la fonction de télécommande de l’application mobile Enclave. 4. J’ai tout mis en place, mais les emplacements ne marchent pas correctement. Assurez-vous que vos enceintes sont placées correctement, conformément au diagramme de positionnement fourni. REMARQUE: Le système fonctionne mieux avec les enceintes gauche et droite, même devant l’enceinte centrale. 6. FONCTIONS DU SYSTÈME DE BASE CONTINUER SUR L’APPLICATION L’application Enclave Audio est essentielle pour effectuer votre configuration et vous assurer de vivre la meilleure expérience possible avec votre système de cinéma CineHome. Reportez-vous également à la section FAQ de notre site Web à l’adresse www.enclaveaudio.com. 1. Après avoir allumé CineHub Enclave, le système ne produit aucun son. Toutes les enceintes doivent être allumées au démarrage de CineHub Enclave. Si elles ne sont pas allumées, elles ne reproduiront pas de son. Le système affiche uniquement les enceintes qu’il trouve. Vérifiez et assurez-vous que toutes les enceintes sont allumées et que les témoins arrière sont allumés et ne clignotent pas. Effectuez un test séquence de bruit à l’aide de l’application Enclave Audio. Ce processus provoque un bruit blanc statique sur chaque enceinte, confirmant individuellement que les enceintes sont activement connectées au réseau. Un message apparaîtra sur l’application Enclave si le système ne parvient pas à localiser une ou plusieurs enceintes. Pour résoudre ce problème, procédez comme suit : • Assurez-vous que toutes vos enceintes sont branchées dans une prise secteur sous tension. • Une fois vous aurez vérifié que toutes les enceintes sont alimentées, vérifiez le témoin situé à l’arrière de chaque enceinte. Une enceinte avec un témoin allumé est correctement couplée. • Une enceinte dont le témoin clignote n’est pas correctement couplée et nous vous recommandons d’effectuer une réinitialisation manuelle de l’enceinte à l’aide du bouton RESET situé à l’arrière de celle-ci. • Maintenez appuyé le bouton de réinitialisation à l’aide d’un objet pointu jusqu’à ce qu’une tonalité soit émise. FR14 • Enfin, après la réinitialisation de l’enceinte, effectuez une réinitialisation sans fil du système à l’aide de l’application Enclave Audio ; normalement votre enceinte doit rejoindre le réseau. TEST SÉQUENCE DE BRUIT Vous pouvez également tester le son de chaque enceinte individuellement avec la fonction test séquence de bruit de l’application Enclave Audio. Le générateur séquence de bruit peut être utilisé pour confirmer l’emplacement et le couplage des enceintes Enclave Audio. Un bruit blanc statique sera reproduit par chaque enceinte individuellement dans le système de manière rotative. LA SÉQUENCE DE BRUIT UTILISE LA ROTATION SUIVANTE : Frontale gauche, Frontale droite, Surround gauche, Surround droite, Centrale, Subwoofer. REMARQUE: Une séquence de bruit réussie indique que le système Enclave fonctionne correctement. Si aucun son n’est toujours pas reproduit, vérifiez que votre source est configurée pour transmettre correctement le son via le type de connexion choisie. Vérifiez également que votre paramètre INPUT est réglé sur la source appropriée dans l’application Enclave. Par exemple, nous voyons des usagers qui écoutent de la musique via Bluetooth et oublient par la suite de remettre leur source sur téléviseur. 2. Pendant l’écoute d’un DVD ou d’un disque Blu-ray avec un son surround, je n’entends le son que via les enceintes frontales gauche et droite. Assurez-vous que votre téléviseur est correctement configuré pour envoyer des informations surround à partir des ports HDMI ou numériques. Pour les systèmes utilisant HDMI ARC ou Optique, les meilleures performances seront obtenues en utilisant le mode « Bitstream » de votre lecteur/téléviseur. Si votre sortie source est réglée sur PCM et que vous utilisez ARC ou Optique, vous n’entendrez que le son stéréo à cause des limitations d’ARC et Optique. Toutefois, les téléviseurs prenant en charge eARC peuvent profiter d’un son PCM multicanal non compressé complet avec CineHub. Reportez-vous au manuel du fabricant de votre téléviseur pour des instructions détaillées. FR15 3. Lorsque l’application indique qu’une enceinte est manquante, cela signifie qu’elle n’est pas connectée au CineHub Enclave Audio. Vérifiez les éléments suivants: • Que toutes vos enceintes sont connectées au cordon d’alimentation approprié et que les broches sont correctement connectées au port d’alimentation des enceintes arrière. Assurez-vous que l’extrémité opposée est fermement branchée dans votre source d’alimentation principale (mur, barrette d’alimentation, etc.). • Est-ce le témoin du panneau arrière clignote ? Si tel est le cas, reportez-vous à la section 1 de cette section de dépannage. Si le problème persiste, contactez le support technique Enclave Audio au 1-844-436-2528. • Si le témoin est allumé et que le reste du système fonctionne, contactez le support technique Enclave Audio au 1-844-436-2528 pour obtenir de l’aide. 4. Je n’entends que le son reproduit via les enceintes frontales gauche et droite. Il peut arriver que vous n’entendiez du son que des enceintes frontales gauche et droite. Voici les scénarios possibles : • Votre entrée source transmet uniquement un signal audio stéréo et Dolby Pro Logic II est désactivé dans les menus. Le réglage par défaut d’Enclave permet de mélanger au maximum une source stéréo au format 5.1 à l’aide de Dolby Pro Logic II. Vous pouvez désactiver cette fonction dans les menus de l’application. Dolby Pro Logic II est différent de Dolby Digital. Si Dolby Pro Logic II (DPL II) est affiché dans l’application, l’Enclave reçoit un signal stéréo et le mélange en 5.1. • Le contenu uniquement en stéréo et pas un mélange 5.1, mais confus, est envoyé au format Dolby Digital. Cela signifie que le contenu n’est pas disponible dans un mix 5.1, mais qu’il est codé Dolby Digital. Dolby Pro Logic II ne mélange pas ce type de flux selon la version 5.1. • Votre source de contenu (ex. décodeur, parabole, etc.) émet uniquement en stéréo et n’est pas définie sur le flux de données. Vérifiez les paramètres audio de votre source de contenu pour vous assurer que vous envoyez un signal à flux binaire via votre téléviseur à Enclave CineHub. FR16 8. Enclave Audio offre une garantie limitée transférable de deux (2) ans sur nos enceintes et pilotes ; une garantie limitée transférable d’un (1) an sur nos composants électroniques dans les subwoofers, et enceintes amplifiées ; et une garantie à vie non transférable sur nos câbles. INDICADOR ILUMINADO/LED TRASERO DE ALTAVOZ Y ALTAVOZ DE GRAVES Si los ledes del altavoz están parpadeando, indica que NO está conectado a la red. Cuando los ledes estén iluminados de forma permanente, se habrán conectado y vinculado a la red correctamente. Disponga los altavoces como se muestra en “Colocación general de los altavoces” en la página siguiente. 2. Asegúrese de que el altavoz central esté centrado encima o debajo de la pantalla del televisor. 3. Los altavoces deben apuntar relativamente hacia el centro de la sala. Evite colocarlos detrás de muebles, plantas u otros objetos para conseguir el mejor resultado. 4. Añada potencia a sus altavoces usando los cables de alimentación incluidos con los altavoces Enclave. El led azul comenzará a parpadear y seguirá parpadeando hasta que se vincule al CineHub. 4b. CONECTE LA ALIMENTACIÓN Y CABLES AL ENCLAVE CINEHUB CONEXIONES DE TV ES10 1. Descargue e instale la aplicación móvil Enclave Audio y siga las instrucciones de la pantalla del teléfono. 2. Conecte todos los cables de alimentación al conector de alimentación trasero de cada altavoz y enchufe los altavoces a una toma de pared adecuada. 3. Conecte el cable HDMI incluido entre el puerto HDMI del CineHub y el puerto HDMI marcado (eARC o ARC) del televisor o; 4. Si elige utilizar una conexión óptica, conecte el cable óptico al conector óptico del TV y el CineHub. 5. Al conectar el Enclave CineHub y el CineHub se iniciará el proceso de vinculación automática. 6. Los altavoces se vincularán automáticamente cuando se conecte la alimentación al CineHub por primera vez. La red del sistema puede tardar hasta 30 segundos en establecerse. La aplicación Enclave Audio mostrará el estado del proceso de vinculación del altavoz. NOTA: Mientras el sistema se esté vinculando con los altavoces no podrá encender o apagar la alimentación hasta que se complete el proceso de vinculación. NOTA: ALTAVOCES SATÉLITE Y PANEL TRASERO DEL ALTAVOZ DE GRAVES. Cuando el Enclave CineHub está apagado, todos los altavoces entran en estado de espera por baja alimentación y deben permanecer conectados en todo momento. Los indicadores ledes de la parte trasera de los altavoces se apagarán. Los altavoces se “encenderán” otra vez cuando encienda el Enclave CineHub. ES11 5. COLOCACIÓN GENERAL DE LOS ALTAVOCES Para conseguir la mejor reproducción de audio a partir de material codificado de sonido envolvente, Dolby y DTS recomiendan colocar los altavoces en una configuración lo más similar posible al diagrama siguiente. ALTAVOZ FRONTAL DERECHO ALTAVOZ FRONTAL IZQUIERDO ALTAVOZ DE GRAVES ALTAVOZ ENVOLVENTE TRASERO IZQUIERDO ALTAVOZ CENTRAL ALTAVOZ ENVOLVENTE TRASERO DERECHO ES12 CONSEJOS E INDICACIONES DE COLOCACIÓN GENERAL DE LOS ALTAVOCES 1. ¿Dónde debería colocar los altavoces frontales? Lo ideal es que los altavoces frontales formen un ligero arco con el altavoz del canal central y apunten hacia el centro del área principal donde se siente. 2. ¿Dónde debería colocar los altavoces traseros? El mejor lugar para colocar los altavoces envolventes es a izquierda y derecha de la posición de escucha; ya sea en línea o detrás. 3. ¿Dónde debería colocar el altavoz de graves? Normalmente puede colocar el altavoz de graves en cualquier lugar de la sala de cine en casa con buenos resultados. La mayoría de personas colocan el altavoz de graves en la parte frontal de la sala. Colocarlo cerca de una pared dará como resultado más graves, y colocarlo cerca de una esquina, donde convergen tres límites de la sala, los aumentará aun más. Para ajustar el volumen del altavoz de graves, utilice la función remota de la aplicación móvil de Enclave. 4. He configurado todo, pero la colocación no funciona correctamente. Compruebe que los altavoces estén colocados correctamente conforme al diagrama de colocación incluido. NOTA: El sistema funciona mejor con los altavoces izquierdo y derecho al nivel de o frente al altavoz del canal central. 6. MÁS FUNCIONES BÁSICAS DEL SISTEMA EN LA APLICACIÓN La aplicación Enclave Audio es fundamental para completar la configuración y garantizar que tenga la mejor experiencia con su sistema CineHome. Descargue hoy la aplicación Enclave desde Apple App Store o Google Play Store. ES13 7. RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS Recomendamos que vea nuestros vídeos de instalación que encontrará en www. enclaveaudio.com/setup para ver instrucciones detalladas para su configuración particular. Si tiene problemas configurando su sistema, pruebe las siguientes opciones o llámenos al 1-844-436-2528 y nuestro equipo de soporte le ayudará a resolver cualquier problema. Consulte la sección de preguntas frecuentes en nuestra página web www. enclaveaudio.com. 1. Después de encender el Enclave CineHub, el sistema no produce ningún sonido. Todos los altavoces deben encenderse al iniciar el Enclave CineHub. Si no están encendidos, no producirán sonido. El sistema muestra únicamente los altavoces que puede encontrar. Compruebe que todos los altavoces estén encendidos y los ledes traseros estén iluminados y no parpadeando. Realice una prueba secuencial de ruido utilizando la aplicación Enclave Audio. Este proceso hará que cada altavoz produzca un ruido blanco de estática, confirmando individualmente que los altavoces estén conectados activamente a la red. Aparecerá un mensaje en la aplicación Enclave si el sistema no puede encontrar alguno de los altavoces o ninguno. Para solucionarlo, sigas estos pasos: • Compruebe que todos los altavoces estén enchufados a la corriente y reciban alimentación. • Cuando haya confirmado que todos los altavoces reciban alimentación, compruebe el led de la parte trasera del altavoz. Si el led del altavoz se mantiene encendido, está vinculado correctamente. • Si el led del altavoz parpadea, no está vinculado correctamente y se recomienda restablecer manualmente el altavoz usando el botón RESTABLECER de la parte trasera del altavoz. • Mantenga presionado el botón Restablecer usando un objeto de punta fina hasta que escuche un tono acústico. • Por último, una vez restablecido el altavoz, restablezca inalámbricamente el sistema usando la aplicación Enclave Audio y el altavoz debería unirse a la red. ES14 PRUEBA SECUENCIAL DE RUIDO También puede probar individualmente el audio de cada altavoz con la función de Prueba secuencial de ruido de la aplicación Enclave Audio. El generador de secuencia de ruido se puede utilizar para confirmar la colocación y vinculación correctas de los altavoces Enclave Audio. Cada altavoz producirá individualmente un ruido blanco de estática en el sistema en secuencia. LA SECUENCIA DE RUIDO HACE LA SIGUIENTE ROTACIÓN : Frontal izquierdo, frontal derecho, envolvente izquierdo, envolvente derecho, central, altavoz de graves. NOTA: Una secuencia de ruido correcta indica que el sistema Enclave funciona correctamente. Si no hay audio de la fuente, compruebe que esté configurada correctamente para producir audio a través del tipo de conexión elegido. Compruebe también que el ajuste de ENTRADA de la aplicación Enclave esté en la fuente correcta. Por ejemplo, algunos clientes que escuchan música por Bluetooth se olvidan después de volver a cambiar la fuente de entrada a audio del TV. 2. Estoy reproduciendo un disco de DVD o Blu-ray con sonido envolvente, pero solo escucho audio de los altavoces frontales izquierdo y derecho. Compruebe que su TV esté configurado correctamente para enviar información envolvente desde los puertos HDMI o digitales. Para sistemas que utilicen HDMI ARC u óptico, se consigue el mejor rendimiento utilizando el modo “Flujo de bits” desde el reproductor y/o el TV. Si la salida de fuente está configurada en PCM y utiliza ARC u óptico, solo se escuchará audio en estéreo por las limitaciones de ARC y óptico. Sin embargo, los televisores compatibles con eARC pueden disfrutar de audio PCM multicanal completo sin comprimir con el CineHub. Consulte el manual del fabricante de su TV para ver instrucciones detalladas. ES15 3. Si la aplicación muestra que falta un altavoz, significa que no está conectado al Enclave Audio CineHub. Compruebe: • Que todos los altavoces estén conectados al cable de alimentación respectivo y que los conectores estén buen enchufados en el puerto de alimentación del altavoz trasero. Compruebe que el extremo opuesto esté conectado con firmeza a la fuente de alimentación principal (pared, regleta, etc.). • ¿El led del panel trasero está parpadeando? Si es así, consulte la sección 1 del segmento de resolución de problemas del manual. Si el problema persiste, llame al servicio de soporte de Enclave Audio en el 1-844-436-2528. • Si el led se mantiene encendido y el resto del sistema funciona, llame al servicio de soporte de Enclave Audio en el 1-844-436-2528 para solicitar más asistencia. 4. Solo se escucha sonido de los altavoces frontales izquierdo y derecho. Puede haber ocasiones en las que solo se escuche sonido de los altavoces frontales izquierdo y derecho. A continuación se describen los casos posibles : • La entrada de fuente solo transmite señal de audio en estéreo y Dolby Pro Logic II está desactivado en los menús. La configuración predeterminada de Enclave mezclará señal estéreo en 5.1 usando Dolby Pro Logic II. Puede desactivar esta función en los menús de la aplicación. Dolby Pro Logic II es diferente a Dolby Digital. Si aparece Dolby Pro Logic II (DPL II) en la aplicación, Enclave estará recibiendo una señal estéreo y mezclándola en 5.1. • El contenido es únicamente estéreo y no una mezcla 5.1 pero, desconcertantemente, se envía en formato Dolby Digital. Esto significa que el contenido no está disponible en mezcla 5.1 pero, sin embargo, está codificado con Dolby Digital. Dolby Pro Logic II no mezclará este tipo de transmisión en 5.1. • Su fuente de contenido (es decir, decodificador, plato de satélite, etc.) solo emite en estéreo y no está configurado en flujo de bits. Compruebe la configuración de audio de su fuente de contenido para confirmar que envía una señal de flujo de bits a través del TV al Enclave CineHub. ES16 8. INFORMACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTE • Lea y siga todas las instrucciones, advertencias y precauciones cuando conecte el Enclave CineHub y los altavoces Enclave CineHome asociados. • Conserve estas instrucciones para consultas futuras. • No lo instale cerca de fuentes de calor como radiadores, sensores de temperatura, estufas u otros equipos que produzcan calor. • Proteja todos los cables para evitar que se camine sobre ellos, se estire de ellos en exceso, queden pinzados, en especial los enchufes y en el punto donde salen del dispositivo de cine en casa, Enclave Audio CineHub y los altavoces Enclave CineHome asociados. • Utilice solo los accesorios/complementos especificados por Enclave Audio. • Solicite todas las labores de servicio al personal de servicio cualificado. Enclave Audio ofrece una garantía limitada de (2) años para nuestros altavoces y controladores; una garantía limitada transferible de un (1) año para los componentes electrónicos de nuestros altavoces de graves y altavoces activos; y una garantía limitada de por vida no transferible para nuestros cables. Enclave no creará ni cumplirá ninguna otra garantía, implícita o de otro tipo. Si el producto está equipado con un cable eléctrico desmontable, utilice únicamente el tipo suministrado con el producto o proporcionado por su distribuidor y/o vendedor local. Si no está seguro de cuál es la tensión operativa correcta, póngase en contacto con su distribuidor y/o vendedor local. • Utilice solo los accesorios/complementos especificados por el fabricante. ES18 Durante el periodo de garantía, Enclave Audio, según lo estime conveniente, reparará el defecto o sustituirá el producto defectuoso o las piezas o componentes defectuosos del mismo por el producto/componente actual utilizado por Enclave Audio sin coste para el propietario de las piezas, cubriendo esta garantía la mano de obra. Si fuera necesario, se le cobrará por las reparaciones no cubiertas por esta garantía y/o la inspección de una unidad que no requiera reparación. Si fuera necesaria una reparación no cubierta por la garantía, le notificaremos del coste estimado y le solicitaremos autorización para llevar a cabo dichas reparaciones. Usted deberá pagar los costes de envío incurridos para entregar su producto a Enclave Audio. Nosotros pagaremos los costes de envío de devolución si la reparación estuviera cubierta por la garantía. LED-ANZEIGE AUF DER RÜCKSEITE DER LAUTSPRECHER UND DES SUBWOOFERS Wenn eine der Lautsprecher-LEDs blinkt, dann ist der jeweilige Lautsprecher NICHT mit dem Netzwerk verbunden. Wenn eine der Lautsprecher-LEDs dauerhaft leuchtet, dann wurde der jeweilige Lautsprecher erfolgreich gekoppelt und mit dem Netzwerk verbunden. Wenn der Enclave Audio CineHub ausgeschaltet wird, dann wechseln alle Lautsprecher in den Schlafmodus und wecken automatisch wieder auf, wenn sie erkennen, dass der CineHub die Audioübertragung fortsetzt. Wenn eine der Anzeige-LEDs nach der Kopplung des Lautsprechers weiterhin blinkt, dann schlagen Sie bitte für mögliche Lösungen im Kapitel Problemlösungen nach oder besuchen Sie im Internet unsere Helpdesk-und-Wissensdatenbank unter www.enclaveaudio.com/support. Sehen Sie sich auch unser Video unter www.enclaveaudio.com/setup an, um die Einrichtung visuell zu verfolgen. DE9 4a. AUFSTELLEN IHRER LAUTSPRECHER 1. Stellen Sie Ihre Lautsprecher wie unter „Allgemeine Anordnung der Lautsprecher“ auf der nächsten Seite gezeigt auf. 2. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich der Center-Lautsprecher mittig ausgerichtet über oder unter dem Fernsehgerät befindet. 3. Alle Lautsprecher müssen annähernd auf die Mitte des Raumes ausgerichtet sein. Vermeiden Sie es, sie hinter Möbelstücken, Pflanzen oder anderen Objekten aufzustellen, um das bestmögliche Klangergebnis zu erhalten. 4. Versorgen Sie Ihre Lautsprecher mit Hilfe der sich im Lieferumfang der EnclaveLautsprecher befindlichen Netzkabel mit Strom. Die blaue LED beginnt zu blinken und blinkt solange weiter, bis der Lautsprecher mit dem CineHub gekoppelt wurde. 4b. VERKABELN UND ANSCHLIESSEN DES ENCLAVE CINEHUB AM STROMNETZ TV-ANSCHLÜSSE DE10 1. Laden Sie die Mobilgeräte-App Enclave Audio herunter und installieren Sie sie anschließend. Folgen Sie dabei den Bildschirmanweisungen auf Ihrem Mobiltelefon. 2. Schließen Sie die Stromversorgungskabel an den Stromversorgungsanschlüssen auf der Rückseite der einzelnen Lautsprecher an und stecken Sie anschließend den jeweiligen Netzstecker in eine sich in der Nähe befindliche Netzsteckdosen. 3. Verbinden Sie den HDMI-Port Ihres CineHub mit Hilfe des mitgelieferten HDMI-Kabels mit dem mit eARC bzw. ARC gekennzeichneten HDMI-Port Ihres Fernsehgeräts. 4. Oder wenn Sie sich dazu entschieden haben, eine optische Verbindung zu benutzen, dann schließen Sie das optische Kabel am optischen Eingang Ihres CineHub und am optischen Ausgang Ihres Fernsehgeräts an. 5. Schließen Sie nun Ihr Enclave CineHub am Stromnetz an. Es beginnt daraufhin automatisch mit dem Kopplungsvorgang. 6. Die Lautsprecher koppeln sich automatisch, wenn der CineHub das erste Mal mit dem Stromnetz verbunden wird. Es kann bis zu 30 Sekunden dauern, bis das Netzwerk aufgebaut ist. Die App Enclave Audio zeigt Ihnen den Status des Lautsprecherkopplungsvorgangs an. HINWEIS: Während sich das System mit den Lautsprechern koppelt, können Sie sie solange nicht ein-/ausschalten, bis der Kopplungsvorgang abgeschlossen ist. HINWEIS: RÜCKSEITE DER SATELLITENLAUTSPRECHER UND DES SUBWOOFERS. Wenn der Enclave CineHub ausgeschaltet wird, dann wechseln alle Lautsprecher in einen energiesparenden Standby-Modus und sollten deshalb jederzeit am Stromnetz angeschlossen bleiben. In diesem Modus erlischt die Anzeige-LED auf der Rückseite der Lautsprecher. Wenn der Enclave CineHub wieder eingeschaltet wird, dann schalten sich die Lautsprecher ebenfalls wieder ein. DE11 5. ALLGEMEINE ANORDNUNG DER LAUTSPRECHER Dolby und DTS empfehlen für die beste Audiowiedergabe aus surroundklangkodiertem Material eine Aufstellung der Lautsprecher in einer der nachfolgenden Abbildung ähnlichen Anordnung. LAUTSPRECHER VORN RECHTS LAUTSPRECHER VORN LINKS SUBWOOFER SURROUNDLAUTSPRECHER HINTEN LINKS CENTER-LAUTSPRECHER SURROUNDLAUTSPRECHER HINTEN RECHTS DE12 TIPPS UND HINWEISE ZUR ALLGEMEINEN ANORDNUNG DER LAUTSPRECHER 1. Wo sollte ich die Frontlautsprecher aufstellen? Im Idealfall sollten Sie Ihre Frontlautsprecher in einem leichten Kreisbogen mit Ihrem Center-Lautsprecher aufstellen, wobei sie direkt auf das Zentrum des Bereichs ausgerichtet sein sollten, in dem Sie hauptsächlich sitzen. 2. Wo sollte ich die hinteren Surroundlautsprecher aufstellen? Am besten ist es, die Surroundlautsprecher links und rechts Ihrer Hörposition aufzustellen – entweder in einer Linie mit oder hinter dieser Position. 3. Wo sollte ich den Subwoofer aufstellen? Im Allgemeinen können Sie Ihren Subwoofer an jeder Stelle Ihres Heimkinoraumes aufstellen; mit gleich guten Ergebnissen. Die meisten Menschen stellen Ihren Subwoofer an der Stirnseite des Raumes auf. Ein Standort nahe einer Wand resultiert allgemein in mehr Bass und ein Standort in einer Ecke, in der drei Raumgrenzen zusammenlaufen, verstärkt diesen noch mehr. Bitte benutzen Sie die Fernbedienungsfunktion der EnclaveMobilgeräte-App, um die Lautstärke Ihres Subwoofers einzustellen. 4. Ich habe alles eingerichtet, aber die Standorte sind nicht zufriedenstellend. Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihre Lautsprecher entsprechend der gezeigten Abbildung ordnungsgemäß aufgestellt sind. HINWEIS: Das System klingt am besten, wenn sich der linke und rechte Lautsprecher entweder in einer Linie mit oder vor dem Center-Lautsprecher befinden. 6. GRUNDLEGENDE SYSTEMFUNKTIONEN FÜR DIE FORTFÜHRUNG PER APP Die App Enclave Audio dient in erster Linie dazu, die Einrichtung abzuschließen und um sicherzustellen, dass Sie das beste Erlebnis mit Ihrem CineHome-Heimkinosystem erhalten. Laden Sie sich noch heute die Enclave-App vom Apple App Store oder Google Play Store herunter. DE13 7. PROBLEMLÖSUNGEN Wir empfehlen Ihnen, sich die schrittweise Anleitung unseres Konfigurationsvideos zu Ihrer speziellen Konfigurationsumgebung unter www.enclaveaudio.com/setup anzusehen. Wenn Sie bei der Einrichtung Ihres Systems auf Probleme stoßen, dann versuchen Sie die nachstehend aufgeführten Lösungsvorschläge oder rufen Sie unter +1 844/436-2528 unser Kundendienstteam an, das Ihnen jederzeit gern bei der Lösung Ihres Problems behilflich ist. Sehen Sie auch unter dem Abschnitt FAQs auf unserer Webseite unter www.enclaveaudio.com nach. 1. Nach dem Einschalten des Enclave CineHub erzeugt das System keinerlei Audioausgabe. Alle Lautsprecher müssen eingeschaltet sein, wenn der Enclave CineHub startet. Wenn sie nicht eingeschaltet sind, dann ertönt aus ihnen kein Ton. Das System zeigt nur die Lautsprecher an, die es finden kann. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Lautsprecher eingeschaltet sind und bei allen Lautsprechern die LED auf deren Rückseite nicht blinkt, sondern dauerhaft leuchtet. Führen Sie mit Hilfe der App Enclave Audio einen Klangtest durch. Dieser erzeugt bei jedem Lautsprecher einzeln ein weißes Rauschen, worüber Sie für jeden Lautsprecher einzeln überprüfen können, ob er ordnungsgemäß mit dem Netzwerk verbunden und aktiv ist. Die Enclave-App zeigt eine Mitteilung an, wenn das System einen oder alle Lautsprecher nicht finden kann. Folgen Sie zur Fehlerbehebung den nachstehenden Schritten: • Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Lautsprecher an eine Netzsteckdose angeschlossen sind und von ihr mit Strom versorgt werden. • Wenn Sie sich vergewissert haben, dass alle Lautsprecher mit Strom versorgt werden, dann überprüfen Sie als nächstes die LED auf der Rückseite der einzelnen Lautsprecher. Ein Lautsprecher mit einer dauerhaft leuchtenden LED ist ordnungsgemäß gekoppelt. • Ein Lautsprecher mit einer blinkenden LED ist nicht ordnungsgemäß gekoppelt. Wir empfehlen Ihnen in diesem Fall, diesen Lautsprecher mit Hilfe der Taste RESET auf der Rückseite des Lautsprechers manuell rückzusetzen. DE14 • Halten Sie diese Rücksetztaste mit einem schmalen stumpfen Gegenstand solange gedrückt, bis ein Mitteilungston ertönt. • Wenn das Rücksetzen des Lautsprechers abgeschlossen ist, dann setzen Sie als letztes mit Hilfe der App Enclave Audio noch das Netzwerk zurück, worauf sich Ihr Lautsprecher mit dem Netzwerk verbinden sollte. WEISSES-RAUSCHEN-TEST Mit der Weißes-Rauschen-Testfunktion der App Enclave Audio können Sie jeden Lautsprecher einzeln testen. Sie können den Rauschgenerator benutzen, um sich das erfolgreiche Aufstellen und Koppeln der Enclave Audio-Lautsprecher bestätigen zu lassen. Ein weißes Rauschen wird von jedem Lautsprecher im System einzeln nacheinander ausgegeben. DER WEISSES-RAUSCHEN-TEST BENUTZT NACHFOLGENDE TESTREIHENFOLGE : Links vorn, Rechts vorn, Surround links, Surround rechts, Center und Subwoofer. HINWEIS: Eine erfolgreiche Testsequenz zeigt Ihnen, dass das Enclave-System ordnungsgemäß arbeitet. Wenn das Audio Ihrer Signalquelle nicht ertönt, dann überprüfen Sie bitte, ob bei Ihrer Signalquelle der richtige Ausgang für das Senden von Audio entsprechend des von Ihnen gewählten Verbindungstyps eingestellt ist. Vergewissern Sie sich weiterhin in der Enclave-App, dass bei Ihrer Eingangseinstellung die richtige Signalquelle eingestellt ist. Beispielsweise hatten wir schon Kunden/-innen, die vorher über Bluetooth Musik gehört hatten und anschließend lediglich vergessen haben, den Signalquelleneingang wieder auf den TV-Audioeingang zu stellen. 2. Ich gebe eine DVD oder Blu-ray-DVD mit Surroundklang wieder, aber es ertönt nur der linke und rechte Frontlautsprecher. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihr Fernsehgerät so eingestellt ist, dass es die Surroundinformationen über die HDMI- bzw. Digitalports sendet. Bei Systemen, die HDMI ARC oder eine optische Verbindung verwenden, erreichen Sie die beste Leistung, wenn Sie den Modus „Bitstream“ Ihres Players und/oder Fernsehgeräts benutzen. Wenn Ihr Signalquellenausgang auf PCM eingestellt ist und Sie HDMI DE15 ARC oder eine optische Verbindung verwenden, dann können Sie aufgrund der Beschränkungen von HDMI ARC bzw. der optischen Signalführung Audio nur in Stereo hören. Allerding können Sie mit CineHub und einem Fernsehgerät, das eARC unterstützt, unkomprimiertes Mehrkanal-PCM-Audio uneingeschränkt genießen. Bitte schlagen Sie für weiterführende Anleitungen in der Bedienungsanleitung zu Ihrem Fernsehgerät nach. 3. Wenn die App mitteilt, dass ein Lautsprecher fehlt, dann bedeutet das, dass er nicht mit dem Enclave Audio CineHub verbunden ist. Überprüfen Sie: • Ob alle Lautsprecher mit dem jeweils zugehörigem Netzkabel am Stromnetz angeschlossen sind und die Stromversorgungsstecker sicher in der Stromversorgungseingangsbuchse auf der Rückseite der Lautsprecher stecken. Vergewissern Sie sich auch, dass der Netzstecker sicher und fest in der Netzsteckdose (Wandsteckdose, Steckdosenleiste usw.) steckt. • Ob die LED auf der Rückseite des Lautsprechers blinkt. Wenn ja, dann schlagen Sie in dieser Bedienungsanleitung unter Abschnitt 1 dieses Kapitels zur Problemlösung nach. Wenn Sie das Problem nicht lösen können, dann rufen Sie bitte den Enclave Audio-Kundenservice unter +1 844/436-2528 an. • Wenn die LED dauerhaft leuchtet und der Rest des Systems problemlos arbeitet, dann rufen Sie bitte ebenfalls den Enclave Audio-Kundendienst für weitere Unterstützung unter +1 844/436-2528 an. 4. Ich höre die Audioausgabe nur über meinen linken und rechten Frontlautsprecher. Es kann verschiedene Gründe haben, weshalb Sie die Audioausgabe nur über Ihren rechten und linken Frontlautsprecher hören. Nachstehend sind einige mögliche Situationen aufgeführt: • Ihre Signalquelle sendet nur ein Stereoaudiosignal und in den Menüs ist Dolby Pro Logic II deaktiviert. Die Standardeinstellung des Enclave mischt ein Stereoeingangssignal mittels Dolby Pro Logic II auf 5.1 hoch. Diese Funktion können Sie in den Menüs der App deaktivieren. DE16 • Dolby Pro Logic II ist etwas anders als Dolby Digital. Wenn in der App Dolby Pro Logic II (DPL II) angezeigt wird, dann empfängt der Enclave ein Stereosignal und mischt es auf 5.1 hoch. • Der Inhalt ist kein 5.1-Mix, sondern nur Stereo, weshalb fälschlicherweise das Signal im Dolby Digital-Format gesendet wird. Das bedeutet, dass der Inhalt in einem 5.1-Mix nicht verfügbar, er allerdings Dolby Digital-kodiert ist. Dolby Pro Logic II mischt nun diesen Streamtyp nicht auf 5.1 hoch. • Die Quelle Ihrer Inhalte (z. B. Kabel-Box, Satellitenschüssel usw.) ist nicht auf Bitstream eingestellt, sondern gibt nur Stereosignale aus. Überprüfen Sie die Audioeinstellungen der Quelle Ihrer Inhalte und versichern Sie sich, dass ein Bitstreamsignal über Ihr Fernsehgerät an Ihr Enclave CineHub gesendet wird. 8. WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE • Lesen und befolgen Sie alle Anleitungen, Warnungen und Warnhinweise, wenn Sie Ihr Enclave CineHub und die dazugehörigen Enclave CineHome-Lautsprecher anschließen. • Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung für spätere Referenzen auf. • Stellen Sie Ihr Enclave-System nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen wie Heizkörpern, Wärmespeichern, Öfen oder anderen wärmeerzeugenden Geräten auf. • Schützen Sie alle Kabel davor, dass auf sie getreten wird oder dass an ihnen übermäßig gezogen oder sie eingeklemmt werden; besonders bei den Steckern oder an der Stelle, wo das Kabel aus dem Enclave Audio CineHub und den dazugehörigen Enclave CineHome-Lautsprechern herausgeführt wird. • Benutzen Sie nur von Enclave Audio zugelassene Erweiterungen/Zubehörteile • Lassen Sie alle Wartungs-/Reparaturarbeiten von qualifiziertem Servicepersonal durchführen. Enclave Audio gewährt eine beschränkte, übertragbare 2-Jahres-Garantie auf firmeneigene Lautsprechergehäuse und Lautsprechertreiber, eine beschränkte, übertragbare 1-Jahres-Garantie auf die firmeneigene Elektronik im Subwoofer und den Aktivlautsprechern und eine lebenslange, beschränkte, nicht übertragbare Garantie auf firmeneigene Kabel.
