DIRECTIONS: Check your weather forecast and ensure there is no rainfall, snow or precipitation
predicted for at least the first 12 hours after application. Make sure that surface to be treated is
dry. Remove yellow sticker from yellow cap and flip off the top of the cap exposing the hose
connection. Firmly insert black hose connector in to the lid cap . Shake bottle lightly. Apply a
thorough coat of cleaner to all affected areas, keeping the surface wet for as long as possible. DO
NOT RINSE. Green stains will disappear in 1-3 days. Black streaks and stains on non-roof surfaces
will continue to disappear with subsequent rainfall over the next 1-8 weeks. A second application
may be necessary for extremely affected areas but only after at least 1 month.
Rapid Results can be achieved with additional time and work with one of the following methods.
ALTERNATIVE Method A: 24 hours after applying Spray & Forget
™
as directed above, pressure wash
the surface using a wide fan out tip with low to medium pressure. NOTE: High pressure washing
can damage many surfaces if not used properly. ALTERNATIVE Method B: Working from an outside
corner of the surface to be treated, apply in smaller sections and brush the surface with a soft to
medium bristled brush while the surface is still wet. Rinse the brushed surface with a hose and
spray nozzle. Repeat as necessary until the entire surface is clean.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: Once surface is clean, apply Spray & Forget
™
every 12-24 months
or at the first sight of new staining.
CAUTION! EYE AND SKIN IRRITANT. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use eye protection and
chemical resistant gloves when applying. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
CONTAINS Benzalkonium Chloride.
IMPORTANT: Use only as directed on this label. For outdoor use only. Use caution when applying as
treated surface may become slippery. Wear proper shoes or boots that provide traction. Use garden
hose to wet all landscaping before and after application. Do not mix with detergents or chemicals.
This product can be harmful to fish. Keep product and run off away from ponds, streams, etc. Spray

House & Deck Outdoor Cleaner is not for use on roofs.
STORAGE & DISPOSAL: Store in a cool, dry area. Do not refill or reuse this container. Dispose of in
accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
FIRST AID:
• EYE EXPOSURE:
Immediately flush with water for 15 minutes, removing contact lenses
after 5 minutes. If irritation persists, call 911, Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222, or
emergency room as soon as possible.
• SKIN EXPOSURE: Immediately wash skin with soap and water. Avoid spreading material on
unaffected skin. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes and thoroughly clean before reuse.
Contact medical professional for advice.

IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call 911 or emergency room or Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Do not induce vomiting, rinse mouth and give 3-4 cups of water.

INSTRUCCIONES: Revise el pronóstico climático y asegúrese de que no haya lluvias, nevadas ni

aplicación en las áreas extremadamente afectadas, pero solamente a partir de 1 mes.
Se puede lograr resultados más rápidos con más tiempo y trabajo con uno de los siguientes

más arriba, realice un lavado a presión de la superficie con una boquilla amplia de abanico con
presión baja a media. NOTA: Lavar con presión alta puede dañar muchas superficies si no se utiliza
de manera adecuada. ALTERNATIVA Método B: Trabajando desde una esquina exterior de la
superficie por tratar, aplique en secciones pequeñas y cepille la superficie mientras aún esté
húmeda con un cepillo de cerdas suaves a medias. Enjuague la superficie cepillada con una
manguera y una boquilla pulverizadora. Repita según sea necesario hasta que toda la superficie
esté limpia.
MANTENIMIENTO PREVENTIVO: Una vez que la superficie esté limpia, aplique Spray & Forget
™
cada 12 a 24 meses o ante cualquier indicación de nuevas manchas.
