A Basic TV HDMI input will not
transfer the TV audio signal
to the Sound Bar. The Bar 40
Sound Bar will only receive TV
audio through HDMI-ARC (with
CEC turned ON), Optical or
Analog connection.

Corner placement will increase the amount of bass output,
while placing the subwoofer along the middle of a wall, or out
in the room will decrease the amount of bass output.

Klipsch Group, Inc, (KGI) warrants to the original retail
purchaser that this product is to be free from defective
materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year
on electronics and three (3) years on woofer, cabinet and
non-electrical mechanics, from the date of purchase, if it is
properly used and maintained. If this product proves defective
in either material or workmanship, KGI, at its option, will (a)
repair the product, or (b) replace the product, at no charge for
parts or labor. If the product model is no longer available and
cannot be repaired effectively or replaced with an identical
model, KGI at its sole option may replace the unit with a current
model of equal or greater value. In some cases, modification
to the mounting surface may be required where a new model
is substituted. KGI assumes no responsibility or liability for
such modification. To obtain a repair or replacement under
the terms of this warranty, please return to dealer first, if
possible, and the dealer will direct you accordingly for repairs
or replacement. You will be required to submit a copy of the
original receipt.
Return shipping for exchanges/repairs is the sole responsibility
of the original retail purchaser.
Limitations:
• This limited warranty does not cover failure of the
product resulting from improper installation, misuse,
abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, or wear from
ordinary use or environmental deterioration.
• This limited warranty does not cover cosmetic
damage, including paint damage, or consequential
damage to other components or premises which may
result for any reason from the failure of the product.
• This limited warranty is null and void for products not
used in accordance with KGI’s instructions.
• This limited warranty is null and void for products with
altered or missing serial numbers and for products not
purchased from an authorized dealer.
• This limited warranty terminates if you sell or
otherwise transfer this product to another party.

electrónicos y tres (3) años para el woofer, la caja y los
componentes mecánicos no eléctricos, a partir de la fecha
de compra, si se utiliza y se mantiene apropiadamente. Si
el modelo del producto ya no se encuentra disponible y no
puede ser reparado eficazmente o reemplazado por un modelo
idéntico, KGI, a su exclusiva discreción, podrá reemplazar la
unidad por un modelo actual de igual o más valor. En algunos
casos podría ser necesario modificar la superficie de montaje
cuando se reemplaza con un modelo nuevo. KGI no asume

(а) отремонтирует изделие, либо (б) заменит его без взимания платы за
компоненты или работу. Если данной модели изделия в наличии более
не имеется или изделие не может быть полностью отремонтировано или
заменено аналогичной моделью, компания KGI по своему усмотрению
может заменить устройство на имеющуюся модель, равной или большей
стоимости. В некоторых случаях при замене на новую модель может

Для ремонта или замены изделия по условиям настоящей гарантии

Klipsch Group, Inc, (KGI) gwarantuje oryginalnemu nabywcy detalicznemu, że
zakupiony wyrób będzie wolny od wad materiałowych i wad wykonawstwa
przez okres jednego (1) roku w odniesieniu do elektroniki oraz trzech (3) lat w
odniesieniu do głośnika niskotonowego, obudowy i części nieelektrycznych –
licząc od daty zakupu, pod warunkiem właściwego użytkowania i konserwacji.

Klipsch Group, Inc, (KGI) garanterer overfor den originale
detailkøber, at dette produkt er fri for defekter i materialer og
udførelse i en periode på et (1) år på elektronik og tre (3) år på
subwoofer, kabinet og ikke-elektrisk mekanik, fra købsdatoen,
hvis det bruges og vedligeholdes korrekt. Hvis dette produkt
viser sig at være defekt enten i materiale eller udførelse, vil KGI
efter dets eget valg (a) reparere produktet, eller (b) ombytte
produktet, uden beregning for reservedele eller arbejdskraft.
Hvis produktmodellen ikke længere er tilgængelig, ikke kan
repareres effektivt eller erstattes med en identisk model, kan
KGI efter dets eget valg erstatte enheden med en aktuel model
af tilsvarende eller højere værdi. I visse tilfælde kan det være
nødvendigt med modifikation af monteringsfladen, hvor der
erstattes med en ny model. KGI påtager sig ikke noget ansvar

ITALIAN - GARANZIA - STATI UNITI
Klipsch Group, Inc, (KGI) garantisce all’acquirente originario
che questo prodotto sarà esente da difetti di materiale
e fabbricazione secondo questi termini: un (1) anno per i
componenti elettronici e tre (3) anni per il woofer, la cassa e
i componenti meccanici non elettrici, a decorrere dalla data
di acquisto, se utilizzato correttamente e sottoposto alla
manutenzione prescritta. Se si riscontrano difetti di materiale
o fabbricazione, a propria discrezione KGI (a) riparerà o (b)
sostituirà il prodotto senza costi aggiuntivi per componenti
o manodopera. Se il modello non è più disponibile e non
può essere riparato adeguatamente o sostituito con un
modello identico, KGI, a propria discrezione, potrà sostituire
l’apparecchio con un modello corrente di valore pari o
superiore. In alcuni casi, a seguito di sostituzione con un
modello nuovo, potrebbe essere necessario modificare la
superficie di montaggio. In tal caso, KGI non si assume nessuna
responsabilità per tali modifiche. Per ottenere la riparazione o
sostituzione in garanzia, verificare innanzitutto la possibilità di
restituire l’apparecchio al rivenditore, che fornirà indicazioni
per le riparazioni o la sostituzione. La restituzione dovrà
essere corredata di copia della ricevuta d’acquisto originale.
Le spese di restituzione per le riparazioni o sostituzioni sono a
carico esclusivamente dell’acquirente originale.
Limitazioni
• La presente garanzia limitata non copre i
guasti del prodotto dovuti a installazione non
corretta, uso improprio, abuso, incidente, negligenza,
movimentazione impropria o usura derivante da uso
ordinario o deterioramento ambientale.
• Sono esclusi dalla garanzia limitata danni estetici, ad
esempio danneggiamento della vernice, o danni indiretti
ad altri oggetti o ai locali che potrebbero essere causati
da un guasto del prodotto.
• Questa garanzia limitata perde efficacia e validità in
caso di uso non conforme alle istruzioni di KGI.
• Questa garanzia limitata perde efficacia e validità nel
caso in cui il prodotto non fosse acquistato presso
un rivenditore autorizzato o in caso di alterazione o
rimozione del numero di serie.
• Questa garanzia limitata viene rescissa se il prodotto
viene venduto o trasferito in altro modo a terzi.

DUTCH - GARANTIE – VERENIGDE STATEN
Klipsch Group, Inc. (KGI) garandeert aan de oorspronkelijke
koper in de detailhandel dat dit product vrij is van productie- en
materiaalfouten gedurende een periode van één (1) jaar voor
elektronica en drie (3) jaar voor woofer, kast en niet-elektrische
mechanica vanaf de datum van aankoop, op voorwaarde dat het
product goed wordt gebruikt en onderhouden. Als dit product
materiaal- of fabricagefouten vertoont, zal KGI, naar haar keuze,
zonder kosten voor onderdelen of arbeid het product (a) repareren
of (b) vervangen. Als het productmodel niet meer leverbaar is en
het product niet effectief kan worden gerepareerd of vervangen
door een identiek model, dan kan KGI louter naar haar keuze het
product vervangen door een huidig model van dezelfde of hogere
waarde. In sommige gevallen is aanpassing van het montagevlak
vereist wanneer een nieuw model als vervanging wordt ontvangen.
KGI aanvaardt geen verantwoordelijkheid of aansprakelijkheid
voor een dergelijke aanpassing. Voor het verkrijgen van een
reparatie of vervanging krachtens de voorwaarden van deze
garantie dient u het product indien mogelijk eerst aan de dealer te
retourneren; de dealer zal u dan vertellen wat u voor de reparatie
of vervanging moet doen. U moet dan een kopie van het originele
aankoopbewijs meebrengen.
De verzendkosten van retournering voor vervanging/reparatie is
de volledige verantwoordelijkheid van de originele eindklant.
Beperkingen:
• Deze beperkte garantie geeft geen dekking voor defecten
van het product voortvloeiend uit verkeerde installatie,
verkeerd gebruik, misbruik, ongelukken, verwaarlozing,
verkeerde manier van vervoeren of slijtage door normaal
gebruik of aantasting door het milieu.
• Deze beperkte garantie geeft geen dekking voor
cosmetische schade, inclusief beschadigingen van de verf
of gevolgschade aan andere componenten of panden, die
om enige reden kunnen resulteren uit het defect raken
van het product.
• Deze beperkte garantie geldt niet voor producten die
niet gebruikt zijn in overeenstemming met de instructies
van KGI.
• Deze beperkte garantie is ongeldig voor producten
met veranderd of ontbrekend serienummer en
voor producten die niet bij een erkende dealer zijn
