INTRODUCCIÓN
Antes del primer uso cargue la batería por completo. Saque la parte central
de la pulsera y conecte el cargador como se indica.
El sensor debe estar en contacto con la piel cuando se realicen mediciones.
Mantenga siempre la parte del sensor limpia.
Ajuste la pulsera como si indica:
Mantenga pulsado el botón para encender. En la pantalla inicial del reloj si
mantiene pulsado podrá cambiar el estilo del reloj.
Al girar la muñeca para ver la pulsera, la pantalla se encenderá
automáticamente.
FUNCIONAMIENTO
APLICACIÓN
Escanee el código y descargue la aplicación Flagfit 2.0:
Antes de usar por primera vez empareje la pulsera y su teléfono. Abra la
aplicación y busque su pulsera. Automáticamente pasará la información
cada vez que se conecte. Configure los parámetros solicitados en la
aplicación.
Una vez conecte la pulsera a su teléfono a través de la aplicación,
seleccione su idioma y la pulsera se auto configurará en su idioma.
PASOS
Indica el número de pasos, la distancia recorrida y la unidad de medida.
DISTANCIA
Indica el número de km recorridos.
CALORÍAS
Basándose en el número de pasos, altura y peso, calcula el número de
calorías quemadas.
MONITOR DE RITMO CARDÍACO
Seleccione esta función y de forma automática comenzará la medición. Si se
mantienen en esa función la batería se reducirá más rápidamente.
TENSIÓN
Seleccione esta función y de forma automática comenzará la medición. Si se
mantienen en esa función la batería se reducirá más rápidamente.
DEPORTES
Mantenga pulsado para entrar en el sub-menú y seleccionar el deporte
deseado: Cuerda-Natación-Tenis de mesa-Tenis-Badminton. Para confirmar
el deporte pulse de nuevo y comenzará la medición. Mantenga pulsado de
nuevo para parar.
MENSAJE
Mantenga pulsado para acceder a las notificaciones de mensajes como
Whatsapp, Twitter, SMS, etc.
FUNCIONES
Mantenga pulsado para acceder a otras funciones:
- Modo búsqueda: Mantenga pulsado para acceder a la función “encontrar
el dispositivo”.
- Información: Mantenga pulsado para obtener información sobre el
firmware.
Reiniciar: Mantenga pulsado para reiniciar los parámetros.
Cerrar-Apagar: mantenga pulsado para apagar el dispositivo.

INTRODUCTION
Charge the battery completely before first use. Remove the center part of
the bracelet and connect the charger as indicated.
The sensor should be in contact with the skin when measurements are
taken. Always keep the sensor part clean.
Adjust the bracelet as indicated:
Press and hold the button to turn on. In the initial screen of the watch if
you keep pressing you can change the style of the watch.
By turning the wrist to see the bracelet, the screen will turn on
automatically.
HOW TO USE
APPLICATION
Scan the code and download the Flagfit 2.0 application:
Before using for the first time, pair the bracelet and your phone. Open the
application and look for your bracelet. It will automatically pass the
information every time it is connected. Configure the parameters requested
in the application.
Once you connect the wristband to your phone through the application,
select your language and the wristband will auto configure in your
language.
STEPS
Indicates the number of steps, the distance traveled and the unit of
measurement.
DISTANCE
Indicates the number of km traveled.
CALORIES
Based on the number of steps, height and weight, calculate the number of
calories burned.
CARDIAC RHYTHM MONITOR
Select this function and the measurement will start automatically. If they
are kept in that function the battery will be reduced more quickly.
TENSION
Select this function and the measurement will start automatically. If they
are kept in that function the battery will be reduced more quickly.
SPORTS
Press and hold to enter the sub-menu and select the desired sport: Rope-
Swimming-Table Tennis-Tennis-Badminton. To confirm the sport press
again and the measurement will begin. Press and hold again to stop.
MESSAGE
Press and hold to access notifications of messages such as WhatsApp,
Twitter, SMS, etc.
FUNCTIONS
Press and hold to access other functions:
- Search mode: Press and hold to access the "find the device" function.
- Information: Press and hold to get information about the firmware.
Restart: Press and hold to reset the parameters.
Close-Off: press and hold to turn off the device.
