WARRANTY
Berlin Brands Group (the “Company”) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this
Product that should this Product or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions,
be proven defective in material or workmanship within twelve (12) months from the date
of original purchase, such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced with reconditioned
Product (at the sole discretion of the Company) without charge for parts and repair
labor. To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this Warranty, the Product is to
be delivered with proof of warranty coverage (e.g. dated bill of sale), specication of
defect(s), transportation prepaid, to the Company at the address provided herein.
This warranty, as set forth above, may be extended for an additional six (6) months for
a total warranty period of up to eighteen (18) months by registering the Product with the
Company. In order to register the Product, the original retail purchaser must complete
and return the registration documents provided along with the Product to the Company
or register online at www.klarstein.com/warranty within ninety (90) days of the days of
the original purchase.
This Warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which, in the opinion of
the Company, has suffered or been damaged through alteration, improper installation,
mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or by removal or defacement of the factory
serial number/bar code label(s). THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY UNDER

GETTING STARTED

Pull the lid upwards using the lid handle.

Add the container, the accessories (if necessary) and the food you want to
prepare.
• When using the grate or steamer, pour some water into the container.
• If rotation is available for the selected mode, make sure the fork is
properly seated.
• Do not amass food close to the heating element, otherwise charring may
occur

Unlock the lid release and pull the lid down to close.

Plug the appliance into the mains socket, which will put the appliance in
standby mode. Press the Start / Stop button once to turn the unit on.

• If you want to operate the device via smartphone, follow the steps in the
chapter DEVICE CONTROL BY SMARTPHONE.
• If you want to operate the device manually, follow these steps:

Press the MENU button repeatedly to select the desired mode. The
corresponding time and temperature will be displayed on the LED screen.

Time and temperature can be customized. When the time and temperature are
set, the unit may be used without selecting a mode.

Press the Start / Stop button to start the device.

The heating element may stop when a certain temperature has been reached.
When the temperature drops, the heating element will automatically switch on
again. This process will repeat until the time you set has elapsed.

If you want to add more food during cooking, unlock the lid release and pull
the lid upwards using the lid handle. The unit will then stop heating immediately
(but rotation will continue). Close the lid after adding the extra food and the
cooking will continue automatically.

The appliance will make a noise when the cooking time you have set has
elapsed. Turn off the device, disconnect the power plug from the power
outlet and remove the food. To avoid burns, use caution when handling hot
accessories. Place the lid and hot container on a pot stand to prevent damage
to the table or work surface.

Make sure that the total weight of the food used does not exceed 5 kg. All modes are
factory set to be used with rotation. Press the rotate button once to disable rotation.

USING THE ACCESSORIES

Place the grate in the container. Place the food directly on the grate or place
the steamer or frying pan on the grate, place the food in it, select a function
and start the device.

Note: Use the food tongs to remove the accessories and food. To ensure that it

Remove the lid.

CLEANING AND CARE
Note: To prevent burns, allow the housing to cool before each cleaning.

• Make sure all accessories are dry before reuse.

DEVICE CONTROL BY SMARTPHONE
If you integrate the device into your home WiFi, you can conveniently operate it via the
associated Klarstein app. The app not only allows you to remotely control the device via
your smartphone, but also gives you access to recipes and additional information.
Follow these steps to connect your smartphone to the VitAir:
1. Download the Klarstein app rst by scanning the QR code with your smartphone
(see below).
2. Make sure your smartphone is connected to the same WiFi network that the VitAir is
to be connected to.
3. Open the Klarstein app.
4. Search for the VitAir via the device search or scan the VitAir code.
5. Open the device control.
7. Turn on the device.
8. Follow the instructions from the app.

Use the scan function of your smartphone to scan the QR code and save the app on
your smartphone.

Turn the WiFi of the VitAir on and off
Note: If you have purchased a Wi version, you can control the device via Wi.
Otherwise, you will nd more useful information in the app.
1. Turn on WiFi connection:
Simultaneously press the TEMP (+) and TEMP (-) buttons until the unit beeps. The
WiFi icon will ash and the device will automatically search for other WiFi devices
in the area.
Note: Device will back to “--“ automatically 5 minutes after nished the works, or no
command input in 5 minutes after switched on the device.
2. Switch off WiFi connection:
To turn off WiFi and restore default factory settings, simultaneously press the TIME
(+) and TIME (-) buttons until the unit beeps. Once the WiFi icon disappears, the
connection is terminated.
For changes to the WLAN or connection problems
If you make changes to your WLAN (e.g., a password change), the device must also
be reconnected. Simultaneously press the TEMP (+) and TEMP (-) buttons until the unit
beeps. The WiFi icon will ash and the device will automatically search for other WiFi
devices in the area.

GARANTÍA
Berlin Brands Group (la «Compañía») garantiza al comprador minorista original de este
Producto que en caso de que este producto o cualquier pieza de este, durante uso y condiciones
normales, presentara defectos en los materiales o mano probados dentro de un período de doce
(12) meses a partir de la fecha de compra original, dicho o . dichos defectos se repararán o
reemplazarán con Producto reacondicionado (según la decisión de la Compañía) sin cargo por
las piezas o la mano de obra. Para obtener reparaciones o reemplazo dentro de los términos de
esta Garantía, el producto se debe entregar con prueba de cobertura de Garantía (por ejemplo,
factura de venta con fecha), descripción del problema, transporte prepagado a la Compañía, a
la dirección proporcionada en este documento.
Esta garantía, tal como se ha establecido anteriormente, puede prolongarse durante seis
(6) meses adicionales para un periodo total de garantía de dieciocho (18) meses si se
registra el Producto ante la Compañía. Para registrar el Producto, el comprador minorista
original debe completar y enviar los documentos de registro suministrados junto con el
Producto a la Compañía o registrarlo en línea en www.klarstein.com/warranty en un
plazo de noventa (90) días tras la compra original.
Esta Garantía no se aplica a ningún producto o pieza de este que, en opinión de
la Compañía, ha sufrido o ha sido dañado por alteración, mala instalación, mal
manejo, uso indebido, descuido, accidente o porque se haya retirado o alterado
su número de serie de fábrica/etiqueta(s) con código de barras. EL GRADO DE
RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA EMPRESA BAJO ESTA GARANTÍA SE LIMITA A LA
REPARACIÓN O SUSTITUCIÓN ANTERIORMENTE DESCRITA Y, EN NINGÚN
CASO, LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA COMPAÑÍA PODRÁ EXCEDER EL PRECIO DE

PUESTA EN MARCHA Y USO

Tire del asa de la cubierta hacia arriba.

Introduzca el recipiente, el accesorio (si fuera necesario) y los alimentos que
desee preparar.
• Añada un poco de agua al recipiente cuanto utilice la rejilla o la
vaporera.
• Si está disponible la rotación para el modo seleccionado, asegúrese de
que el tenedor esté bien colocado.
• No coloque los alimentos cerca de la resistencia, pues podrían
carbonizarse.

Desbloquee el desbloqueo de la cubierta y tire de ella para bajarla.

Encaje el enchufe en la toma de corriente y el aparato se encenderá en modo
standby. Pulse una vez el botón Start/Stop para encender el aparato.

Aparecen el tiempo y temperatura correspondientes en la pantalla LED.

El tiempo y la temperatura pueden ajustarse individualmente. Si se ajustan el
tiempo y la temperatura, el aparato puede utilizarse sin seleccionar un modo.

Pulse el botón Start/Stop para iniciar el aparato.

Puede ocurrir que la resistencia se apague cuando se alcance una
temperatura determinada. Si la temperatura cae, la resistencia se vuelve
a encender automáticamente. Este proceso se repetirá hasta que haya
transcurrido el tiempo programado.

Si desea añadir alimentos durante la preparación, desbloquee el cierre de la
cubierta y suba esta última utilizando el asa. El aparato dejará de calentar al
momento (pero la rotación continúa). Cierre la tapa tras añadir los alimentos y
la preparación continuará de manera automática.

El aparato emite un ruido que le indica que ha nalizado el tiempo de
preparación. Apague el aparato y desconecte el enchufe de la toma de
corriente y retire los alimentos. Extreme las precauciones a la hora de
manipular los accesorios calientes para evitar quemaduras. Coloque la
cubierta y el recipiente caliente sobre un soporte para ollas para evitar daños
en la mesa o en la supercie de trabajo.

USO DE LOS ACCESORIOS

CONTROL DEL DISPOSITIVO
POR SMARTPHONE
Si conecta el aparato a su red WLAN doméstica, podrá controlarlo cómodamente
mediante la App correspondiente de Klarstein. La App le permite no solo controlar el
aparato mediante su smartphone, sino que también le ofrece acceso a recetas y otra
información adicional.
Proceda del siguiente modo para conectar su smartphone al VitAir.
1 Descargue primero la App de Klarstein escaneando el código QR con su
smartphone (véase más abajo).
2 Asegúrese de que su smartphone esté conectado a la misma red WiFi a la que
debe conectarse la VitAir.
3 Abra la App de Klarstein.
4 Busque el VitAir mediante la función de búsqueda del aparato o escanee el código
del aparato.
5 Abra el control del aparato.
7 Encienda el aparato.
8 Siga las instrucciones que aparecerán en la app.
Descarga de la app
Utilice la función de escaneado de su teléfono para escanear el código QR y guarde
la app en su smartphone.

Encender y apagar el WiFi de VitAir
Note: Si ha adquirido una versión Wi, puede controlar el dispositivo a través de
Wi. De lo contrario, encontrará más información útil en la aplicación.
1. Encender el WiFi:
Pulse al mismo tiempo los botones TEMP (+) y TEMP (-) hasta que el aparato emita
un pitido. El símbolo wi parpadea y el aparato busca automáticamente otros
dispositivos Wi en la zona.
Nota: El dispositivo volverá a „--“ automáticamente 5 minutos después de terminar
los trabajos, o no se introducirá ningún comando en 5 minutos después de encender
el dispositivo.
2. Apagar la conexión WIFI:
Para desactivar el WIFI y restablecer los ajustes de fábrica, pulse simultáneamente
los botones TIME (+) y TIME (-) hasta que el aparato emita un pitido. En cuanto el
símbolo WIFI desaparezca, la conexión se habrá interrumpido.
En caso de cambios en la red WLAN o problemas de conexión
Si realiza cambios en su red WLAN (p. ej. un cambio de contraseña), el aparato
deberá vincularse de nuevo. Para ello, pulse al mismo tiempo los botones TEMP (+) y
TEMP (-) hasta que el aparato emita un pitido. El símbolo wi parpadea y el aparato
busca automáticamente otros dispositivos Wi en la zona.
1 Abra la app de Klarstein.
2 Abra los controles de la VitAir.
3 Siga las instrucciones que aparecerán en la app.
