Once assembled the complete mantel is thoroughly inspected before packing to ensure that you, the customer, receive the quality product that you expect from NAPOLEON®. NAPOLEON® ELECTRIC APPLIANCE MANTEL LIMITED WARRANTY NAPOLEON® will provide replacement parts free of charge during the first year of limited warranty. Any labour related to warranty repair is not covered. * Construction of models vary. Warranty applies only to components included with your mantel. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS Your appliance mantel is constructed of the finest quality grade materials. However, because the nature of wood, you may notice variations in grain consistency; this is normal and will add to the uniqueness of your appliance mantel. NAPOLEON® warrants its products against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser only. Registering your warranty is not necessary. Simply provide your proof of purchase along with the model and serial number to make a warranty claim. NAPOLEON® reserves the right to have its representative inspect any product or part thereof prior to honouring any warranty claim. Provided that the purchase was made through an authorized NAPOLEON® dealer your mantel is subject to the following conditions and limitations: Warranty coverage begins on the date of original installation. This factory warranty is non-transferable and may not be extended whatsoever by any of our representatives. Installation must be done in accordance with the installation instructions included with the product and all local and national building and fire codes. This limited warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, accident, alterations, abuse or neglect and parts installed from other manufacturers will nullify this warranty. This limited warranty further does not cover any scratches, dents, discoloring caused by sun exposure, abrasive and chemical cleaners nor chipping. In the first year only, this warranty extends to the repair or replacement of warranted parts which are defective in material or workmanship provided that the product has been assembled and operated in accordance with the operation instructions and under normal conditions. NAPOLEON® will not be responsible for installation, labour or any other expenses related to the reinstallation of a warranted part and such expenses are not covered by this warranty. Notwithstanding any provisions contained in the Limited Warranty, NAPOLEON’s responsibility under this warranty is defined as above and it shall not in any event extend to any incidental, consequential or indirect damages. This warranty defines the obligations and liability of NAPOLEON® with respect to the NAPOLEON® electric appliance mantel and any other warranties expressed or implied with respect to this product, its components or accessories are excluded. NAPOLEON® neither assumes, nor authorizes any third party to assume, on its behalf, any other liabilities with respect to the sale of this product. Any damages to the mantel, glass or other component due to water, weather damage, cracking, long periods of dampness, condensation, damaging chemicals or cleaners will not be the responsibility of NAPOLEON®. The bill of sale or copy will be required together with a serial number and a model number when making any warranty claims from your authorized dealer. The warranty registration card must be returned within fourteen days to register the warranty. NAPOLEON® reserves the right to have its representative inspect any product or part thereof prior to honouring any warranty claim. All parts replaced under the Limited Warranty Policy are subject to a single claim. All parts replaced under the warranty will be covered for a period of 90 days from the date of their installation. The manufacturer may require that defective parts or products be returned or that digital pictures be provided to support the claim. Returned products are to be shipped prepaid to the manufacturer for investigation. If a product is found with a defect, the manufacturer will repair or replace such defect. Before shipping defective components, your dealer must obtain an authorization number. Any merchandise shipped without authorization will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping costs are not covered under this warranty. Additional service fees may apply if you are seeking warranty service from a dealer. CONDICIONES Y LIMITACIONES SP Su manto está fabricado con los materiales de la más alta calidad. Sin embargo, dada la naturaleza de la madera, quizás observe variaciones en la consistencia del grano. Esto es normal y será un agregado a la característica única del manto de su dispositivo. NAPOLEON® garantiza sus productos contra defectos de fabricación solo al comprador original. No es necesario que registre su garantía. Simplemente proporcione su comprobante de compra junto con el número de modelo y serie para hacer un reclamo de garantía. NAPOLEON® se reserva el derecho de que su representante inspeccione algún producto o alguna parte del mismo antes de honrar un reclamo de garantía. Siempre que la compra se haya realizado a través de un distribuidor autorizado de NAPOLEON®, su manto está sujeto a las siguientes condiciones y limitaciones: La cobertura de garantía comienza el día de la instalación original. Esta garantía de fábrica no es transferible y ninguno de nuestros representantes puede extenderla de ninguna forma. La instalación debe realizarse de acuerdo con las instrucciones incluidas con el producto y con todos los códigos de construcción e incendio locales y nacionales. Esta garantía limitada no cubre daños causados por el mal uso, la falta de mantenimiento, accidente, alteraciones, abuso o descuido, y las piezas instaladas de otros fabricantes anularán esta garantía. Esta garantía limitada tampoco cubre ningún rayón, abolladura, decoloración causada por la exposición al sol, limpiadores abrasivos y químicos, ni descascaramiento. Únicamente en el primer año, esta garantía se extiende a la reparación o reemplazo de piezas garantizadas con defectos de material o fabricación, siempre que el producto se haya ensamblado y operado de acuerdo con las instrucciones de operación y en condiciones normales. NAPOLEON® no será responsable de los costos de instalación, mano de obra o de otra naturaleza relacionados con la reinstalación de una pieza garantizada, y esta garantía no cubre dichos gastos. A pesar de las disposiciones incluidas en esta garantía limitada, la responsabilidad de NAPOLEON según esta garantía se define como se indicó anteriormente y, en ningún caso, se extenderá a ningún daño incidental, consecuente o indirecto. Esta garantía define las obligaciones y la responsabilidad de NAOPLEON® con respecto al manto del dispositivo eléctrico NAPOLEON®, y queda excluida cualquier otra garantía expresa o implícita con respecto a este producto, sus componentes o accesorios. NAPOLEON® no asume, ni autoriza que un tercero asuma, en su nombre, ninguna otra responsabilidad con respecto a la venta de este producto. Cualquier daño al manto, vidrio u otro componente debido a daño causado por el agua, el clima, rajaduras, períodos prolongados de humedad, condensación, productos químicos o limpiadores dañinos no será responsabilidad de NAPOLEON®. Al presentar un reclamo de garantía, el distribuidor autorizado solicitará la factura de venta o una copia, junto con un número de serie y un número de modelo. La tarjeta de registro de la garantía debe devolverse en el plazo de catorce días a fin de registrar la garantía. NAPOLEON® se reserva el derecho de que su representante inspeccione algún producto o alguna parte del mismo antes de honrar un reclamo de garantía. Todas las piezas reemplazadas bajo esta póliza de garantía limitada están sujetas a un único reclamo. Todas las piezas reemplazadas bajo la garantía estarán cubiertas por un período de 90 días a partir de la fecha de su instalación. El fabricante puede exigir la devolución de las piezas o los productos defectuosos, o bien que se proporcionen imágenes digitales para respaldar el reclamo. Los productos deben devolverse al fabricante con envío prepagado para su investigación. Si se encuentra que el producto es defectuoso, el fabricante reparará el defecto o reemplazará el producto. Antes de enviar componentes defectuosos, su distribuidor debe obtener un número de autorización. Toda mercadería enviada sin autorización será rechazada y devuelta al remitente. Esta garantía no cubre los costos de envío. Pueden aplicarse honorarios de servicio adicionales si usted procura servicio de garantía de un distribuidor.
