CAUTION:
•
Study, understand, and follow safety precautions and operating
instructions.
•
Wear eye protection that meets ANSI Z87.1 and OSHA standards.
Due to the limited clearance between the fuel filter and the fuel line connector end, each end
of the Fuel Line Quick-Connect Release Tool must be twisted and turned before inserting
it into the connector.
1. Twist one end of the tool, and completely insert it into the fuel filter line connector. See
Figure 1.
2. Twist the other end of the tool, and completely insert it into the connector. See Figure 2.
It may be necessary to slightly push the end of the fuel line connector toward the filter to
disengage the internal lock tabs before removing the fuel line.

PRECAUCIÓN:

instrucciones de funcionamiento.

OSHA.
Debido al espacio limitado entre el filtro de combustible y el extremo del conector de la línea de
combustible, cada extremo de la Herramienta liberadora de conexión rápida para línea de
combustible se debe enrollar y girar para insertarlo en el conector.
1. Enrolle un extremo de la herramienta e insértelo completamente en el conector de la línea del
filtro de combustible. Consulte la Figura 1.
2. Enrolle el otro extremo de la herramienta e insértelo completamente en el conector. Consulte la
Figura 2.
El extremo del conector de la línea de combustible posiblemente necesite que se le empuje
suavemente hacia el filtro para desenganchar las lengüetas de cierre internas, antes de retirar del
filtro la línea de combustible.
