NAIL DRYER
Insert Batteries: The True Glow
®
Portable & Battery
Operated Nail Dryer uses 4 AA 1.5-Volt batteries (not
included). Insert batteries by removing the battery
cover located at the base of the unit. Remove battery
cover by placing fingertip in the smooth indent by the
battery cover. Gently press in, following arrow direc-
tion, and pull the cover out. Insert batteries by match-
ing the positive ends (+) of the batteries with the
positive symbols (+), and the negative ends (-)with
the negative symbols (-) found inside the compart-
ment. Replace the cover by sliding it into position and
snapping securely into place. Do not mix old and new
batteries.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING BATTERIES
* Always purchase the correct size and grade of
battery most suitable for the intended use.
* Replace old batteries of a set at the same time.
* Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix
alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable
(nickel cadmium) batteries.
* Clean the battery compartment by blowing away
any debris prior to battery installation.
* Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with
regard to polarity (+ and -).
* Remove old batteries from equipment that will
not be used for an extended period of time.
* When batteries begin to fail, remove promptly.
TO TURN ON THE UNIT:
This unit is pressure activated. The unit will turn on
once you place your hand gently on the nail dryer
rest stand. To turn off, simply remove hand from
rest stand.
SIDE COMPARTMENTS:
There are two side compartments located on
either side of your Nail Dryer to keep manicure
accessories easily at hand when applying polish.
To open side compartments, simply place fingers
on grooved surface located in the back of the nail
dryer, and pull out.

Instalación de las pilas: el secador de uñas portátil a
pilas True Glow
®
requiere quatro pilas AA de 1.5 V (no
incluidas). Para instalar las pilas, debe abrir el
compartimiento de las pilas situado en la base de la
unidad. Saque la tapa del compartimiento de las pilas
colocando la punta del dedo en la ranura lisa cerca de la
tapa. Presione suavemente hacia adentro, siguiendo la
dirección de la flecha, y jale la tapa hacia afuera. Inserte
las pilas haciendo coincidir los extremos positivos (+) de
las pilas con los símbolos positivos (+), y los extremos
negativos (-) con los símbolos negativos (-) que se
encuentran dentro del compartimento. Vuelva a colocar
la tapa, deslizándola en su posición y encajando
firmemente en su lugar. No junte pilas nuevas con pilas
usadas.
INSTRUCCIONES ESPECIALES ACERCA DEL USO
DE LAS PILAS
* No utilice pilas que no sean del tamaño ni de la
potencia indicados para uso con este aparato.
* Cambie todas las pilas al mismo tiempo.
* No junte pilas nuevas con pilas usadas. No junte pilas
alcalinas con pilas regulares (carbono-zinc) o pilas/
baterías recargables (níquel cadmio).
* Limpie el compartimiento de las pilas, soplando para
eliminar el polvo, antes de instalar las pilas.
* Siempre respete los signos de polaridad (+/-) al
instalar la(s) pila(s).
* Saque las pilas si no va a usar el aparato por un largo
período de tiempo.
* Saque las pilas usadas sin demora.
PARA ENCENDER LA UNIDAD:
Esta unidad es activada por presión; se encenderá ni
bien coloque su mano suavemente sobre el soporte del
secador de uñas. Para apagarla, simplemente retire la
mano del soporte.
COMPARTIMIENTOS LATERALES:
Su secador de uñas cuenta con dos compartimientos
laterales que permiten tener sus accesorios de manicura
al alcance de la mano cuando se pinta las uñas. Para
abrir los compartimientos laterales, simplemente
coloque los dedos en la superficie acanalada ubicada en
la parte posterior del secador de uñas y jale hacia
afuera.
