PÓLIZA DE GARANTÍA
Esta póliza garantiza el producto por el término de un año en todas sus partes y mano de obra, contra cualquier defecto de fabricación y
funcionamiento, a partir de la fecha de entrega.
CONDICIONES
1.- Para hacer efectiva la garantía, presente esta póliza y el producto, en donde fue adquirido o en Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
2.- Electrónica Steren S.A de C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso de estar defectuoso sin ningún cargo al consumidor. Los gastos de
transportación serán cubiertos por el proveedor.
3.- El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días,contados a partir de la recepción del producto en cualquiera de los sitios donde
pueda hacerse efectiva la garantía.
4.- El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios, así como hacer válida esta garantía es en cualquiera de las
direcciones mencionadas posteriormente.
ESTA PÓLIZA NO SE HARÁ EFECTIVA EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS:
1.- Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
2.- Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso.
3.- Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personal no autorizado por Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
El consumidor podrá solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante la propia casa comercial donde adquirió el producto. Si la presente garantía se
extraviara, el consumidor puede recurrir a su proveedor para que le expida otra póliza, previa presentación de la nota de compra o factura respectiva.

WARRANTY
This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year from
the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product box or package, and product, must be presented when
warranty service is required.
2. If the product is in the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3. The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was received.
4. Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well as warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky batteries, failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by
unauthorized personnel, improper safe keeping, among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase establishment.

• Antes de conectar su convertidor revise que
la red eléctrica sea de 110/220 V~ 60/50 Hz, la
que se utiliza en México.
• No utilice un voltaje superior al que requiera
su aparato electrónico.
• No use ni almacene este equipo en lugares
donde existan goteras o salpicaduras de agua.
Puede causar un mal funcionamiento o un
choque eléctrico.
• No intente abrir el equipo, puede ocasionar
un mal funcionamiento y anular la garantía.
• Si el cable de corriente se daña acuda con un
distribuidor para su reemplazo.
• Desconecte el convertidor de voltaje antes
de limpiarlo. Siempre utilice un paño suave y
seco para hacerlo.
• No exponga el equipo a la luz directa del sol
o a temperaturas extremas.
Su convertidor de voltaje le permite
alimentar directamente de la red eléctrica:
radiograbadoras, televisores, juegos de video,
reproductores de CD, videocámaras, etc.
Por ser de voltaje regulado es muy seguro
para evitar que se dañen sus equipos.
Incluye 6 conectores diferentes y un
selector con 6 tipos de voltaje para conectar
sus diferentes equipos electrónicos. La carga
máxima que podrá conectar a este convertidor
es de 12 V.
1. Seleccione el voltaje requerido
por su equipo electrónico (3 /
4,5 / 6 / 7,5 /9 /12 V - - -).
3. Inserte el conector en el cable de
conexión. Verique la polaridad de
su aparato para que seleccione la
misma en su eliminador:
Si su equipo requiere polaridad
positiva haga coincidir el letrero
TIP del cable de conexión con el
símbolo (+) del conector múltiple.
Si requiere polaridad negativa,
haga coincidir el letrero (TIP) con el
símbolo (-).
2. Elija el conector adecuado.

Cuando el equipo no encienda:
1. Revise que el cable del convertidor no se
encuentre dañado.
2. Revise que la clavija esté haciendo contacto
correctamente en el tomacorriente.
3. Cerciórese de que el selector de voltaje se
encuentre en la posición correcta de acuerdo
a su aparato electrónico.
4. Revise que su tomacorriente tenga energía.
Cuando la punta del conector no
entre en el equipo:
1. Revise que el conector sea el adecuado
para su equipo, de lo contrario, busque entre
los diferentes conectores el correspondiente.
4. Conecte el eliminador a un tomacorriente,
inmediatamente encenderá el selector de
voltaje.
5. Inserte el conector adecuado a su equipo
electrónico.
6. Encienda su equipo electrónico.

• Do not use or store this equipment in places
where there are leaks or water spattering. This
can cause a malfunction or an electric shock.
• Don’t try to open the equipment, this can
cause a malfunction and void the warranty.
• If power cord has been damaged, contact
your nearest dealer for a replacement.
• Disconnect the voltage converter before
cleaning it. Always use a soft dry cloth to clean
your equipment.
• Do not expose your equipment to the direct
sunlight or extreme temperatures.
Your voltage converter allows you to feed
directly the electric network to tape recorders,
televisions, video, games, CD players,
camcorders, etc.
This regulated voltage converter makes it
very safe for your electronic equipment as it
avoids it from being damaged. It includes 6
different connectors and a selector with 6
types of voltage to connect your different
electronic equipment, the maximum load that
can be connected to this converter is 12 V.
1. Select the voltage required
by your electronic equipment
(3 / 4.5 / 6 / 7.5 / 9 / 12 V - - -).
2. Choose the appropriate
connector.
3. Insert the connector in the
connecting cable.
Check the polarity of your
device so you can select it in
your adapter:
If your device requires positive
polarity, match TIP mark of
the connection cable with the
multi-connector (+) symbol.
If you require negative polarity,
match the TIP mark with the (-) symbol.

When the equipment doesn’t turn on:
1. Check that the converter cable isn’t
damaged.
2. Check that the plug is appropriately making
contact with the outlet.
3. Make sure that the voltage selector is in the
correct position according to your electronic
device.
4. Check that your outlet has energy.
When the tip does not t your
equipment:
1. Check that the connector is suitable for your
equipment, otherwise search for the correct one
among different connectors.
4. Connect the power adaptor to the outlet,
immediately the voltage selector will turn on.
5. Insert the connector appropriate for your
electronic equipment.
6. Turn on your electronic equipment.
